special foams can be adapted to be particularly air permeable, to
be equipped with lamination film, or to have the required degree
of swelling and absorption capacity. Some of the uses are in respiratory
equipment as a medium for moisture exchange or as a dressing that
absorbs wound secretions to promote healing. |
