Polyurethane polishing pads are becoming more and more popular on the market and are being included with the factory-installed equipment for scratch- and dust-free treatment of sensitive surfaces. As opposed to traditional applications using lambswool, foam types and surfaces can be specifically adapted to diverse and differentiated handling needs. They can be washed and can be reused, making them cost-effective.

FoamPartner offers a wide range of particularly tear-resistant and thermo-stable special foams for the manufacture of polishing pads either in blocks or sheets, as required. The pore size of the foams can be easily adapted to all polishing requirements; for residue-less absorption of the polish, it is possible to open the cell structure even further in subsequent work sequences.

For the manufacture of ready-made pads of various thickness and diameters, FoamPartner uses automatic processing equipment with high variability. In-house punching, profiling, milling, and laminating equipment enables production of polishing pads of all sizes, various structures, and the most varied surface designs. The use of top quality adhesives and velour guarantees outstanding adhesive properties even under difficult conditions.

FoamPartner also supplies ready-made polishing pads imprinted and packaged according to individual customer wishes.
