We custom-manufacture technical foams for industrial applications for you on a polyether or polyester basis, as well as prepolymer foams and specialty foams. Our technical foams are available as open or closed cell foams in all common densities and colors. Of course, we also offer specialty solutions to meet your needs. We design the properties of our technical foams according to your requirements, such as anti-static, flame resistant, conductive, or ultralight foams.

PUR polyester foams are valued for their shock absorption properties, good resistance to aging, and high compression load deflection. PUR polyether foams are known for their extraordinary thermal insulation properties, good resistance to hydrolysis, and very high durability. Polyether based prepolymer foams withstand high levels of mechanical stress. They are extremely durable, thanks to their outstanding friction, tensile and tear resistance.

We develop and produce custom industrial foams for a wide variety of technical uses and applications. You benefit from our broad range of polyester and polyether foams from 16 to 150 kg/m3, and our experience as a leading provider of reticulated foams from 7 to 100 PPI.
