Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the need for antivirus masks and face masks has risen sharply. But even makeshift mouth-nose covers reduce the spread of droplets, thereby diminishing the risk of infection from corona and flu viruses. What’s more, the mouth-nose cover prevents wearers from inadvertently touching their nose or mouth with dirty hands.
In addition to the virus protection provided, wearing comfort, wearing time, avoidance of undesired skin reactions and reusability are key criteria in your customers’ purchasing decisions. Our breathable mouth-nose cover is based on a polyurethane filter foam. It is practically odorless and, thanks to its fine and open-celled structure, allows for easy breathing. Its low weight ensures a comfortable fit – even over a longer period of time. Its very good skin tolerability has been certified by an accredited test institute.

The foam mask reduces the spread of droplets because fewer particles are emitted when sneezing, coughing or speaking. This reduces the risk of infecting other people.
The open-cell, breathable foam ensures a sufficient supply of oxygen even when the mask is worn for long periods of time. It is also particularly suitable for people that wear glasses, as the lenses do not fog up during breathing.
The mouth-nose cover including its ear loops is made of a soft and ultra-light foam that lies comfortably on the skin and does not cause pressure points behind the ears. The material is very elastic and adaptable so that the mask can be put on and taken off easily.
The mask has a longer lifetime than conventional paper masks, because it can be machine washed at 60 °C for up to 3 washing cycles. We recommend the mask be placed in a wash bag with the same colors and then air dried without wringing out.
